As Clinic Manager, you will report to the Regional Operations Manager and oversee efficient daily clinic operations. The position requires leadership, communication, adaptability, and independent judgment at a remote location. You will support physicians, patients, staff, vendors, and internal teams while advancing high quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily clinic operations and staffing levels
Lead initiatives and communicate programs to staff and physicians
Maintain supplies, equipment, cleanliness, safety, and IPAC standards
Support physician onboarding, EMR training, booking, and billing




Handle patient concerns and complete operational reporting
Requirements: One to three years of clinic experience
Two to three years of management experience
Solid customer service and communication skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Leadership, adaptability, and confidential information handling abilities
