Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking guidance as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in Mississauga. This part time role offers 15 hours weekly.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support TD Canada Trust customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and service conversations. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable banking solutions, resolve concerns, and promote products while following procedures, regulations, and TD’s Code of Conduct and Ethics. High school education and one year of relevant experience are required.
Key Responsibilities: Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary




Promote banking solutions and complete business processes promptly
Deliver quality experiences and recommend operational improvements
Requirements: High school diploma and one year of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate communication across changing priorities
