Lead hotel housekeeping operations at Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown, using inspection, scheduling, and team-support skills in a full-time position. Maintain guestroom and public-area standards across daily operations.
Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the Housekeeping Supervisor leads daily department operations alongside the Executive Housekeeper. The position includes training, mentoring, motivating team members, and following hotel standards, policies, and procedures. It also supports health and safety compliance through WHMIS, WSIB, OHSA, and secure chemical and equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities: Lead daily housekeeping operations alongside the Executive Housekeeper
Train, mentor, and motivate housekeeping team members
Inspect guestrooms and public areas for quality standards
Support WHMIS,



WSIB, and OHSA compliance initiatives
Manage scheduling, efficiency, and operational priorities
Requirements: Previous hotel or hospitality housekeeping leadership experience
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and support team members
Excellent attention to detail under pressure
Flexibility for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
