Covenant Health’s St. Michael’s Health Centre in Lethbridge is seeking a Health Care Aide to join the Senior Care Complex Unit and deliver compassionate personal care.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support daily living activities, monitor health changes, and maintain client comfort and safety. The role requires a CLHA permit prior to starting, at least 1 year in mental health/psychiatric care, and solid communication and de‑escalation skills.
