As a Billing Specialist, you will manage billing transactions for assigned policies and help ensure invoices are collected accurately and on time. You will work with clients, brokers, and insurance carriers to resolve billing issues and discrepancies. The role requires customer service experience, attention to detail, and proficiency with Windows-based computer systems.
