The role requires adherence to Know Your Customer, Anti-Money Laundering, privacy, fraud prevention, and cash security procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Answer customer questions and complete financial transactions
Explain product features, benefits, fees, and payment options
Follow KYC, AML, privacy,



and fraud procedures
Process cash and POS transactions accurately
Support branch opening, closing, cleanliness, and paperwork
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent
One or more years of customer service experience
One or more years handling cash
Hands-on POS transaction experience
