Clutch is seeking a coordinator for the customer-facing stage of its online vehicle buying and selling process. You will welcome customers, assess cosmetic and mechanical details, complete required paperwork, and document appointments in the tracking system. Customer service remains central.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome customers picking up or selling vehicles
Provide a uniquely special customer experience
Identify potential issues during vehicle inspections
Complete customer paperwork efficiently and accurately
Take thorough notes inside the tracking system
Requirements: Customer-facing experience of two years or more
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid G Driver’s Licence in Ontario
Three years of clean driving history
Minimum forty hours weekly and weekend availability
Support Clutch customers with attentive service, sharp vehicle assessment, and dependable intake coordination in Mississauga.
