Coordinate patient and family centered care resources at Stollery Children's Hospital while supporting digital adoption through relationship building and education. This temporary role is hybrid within Alberta.
The PFCC Coordinator supports Patient and Family Centred Care delivery at Stollery Children's Hospital. You will work with patients, families, clinical teams, leadership, Information Technology, Communications, and advisors. The work includes web application customization, content development, promotion, education, engagement, and improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate customization of the patient-facing web application
Promote digital resources for patients and families
Educate partners on web application content management
Support patient and family advisors in hospital settings




Lead quality, safety, experience improvement, and education initiatives
Requirements: Related bachelor's degree or equivalent life and work experience
Experience with web applications and digital resource design
Understanding or lived experience within pediatric tertiary hospitals
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage changing priorities and competing deadlines
Bring patient and family centered care, digital resource, collaboration, and education skills to Stollery Children's Hospital.
