As a Maintenance Technician, you handle daily routine activities that keep properties and grounds in exceptional condition. Responsibilities include repair installations, roof and leak inspections, preventative equipment maintenance, and tenant-requested services. The position requires relevant experience, sound judgment, and organized follow-through.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to tenant requests for premises and common-area maintenance
Perform touch-up painting, asphalt patching, and minor carpentry
Keep maintenance repair logs for building systems
Conduct roof maintenance and drain and leak inspections




Assist with preventative maintenance of site vehicles and equipment
Requirements: At least two years of relevant general maintenance experience
Ability to prioritize maintenance requests and assigned activities
Valuable problem-solving skills for routine property repairs
Excellent organizational skills for logs and inspections
Neat appearance of person and uniform
