Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role coordinates practice operations across client engagements and internal initiatives. You will create templates, checklists, trackers, and standard documents while preparing client materials and maintaining data. The position also uses AI and other technology tools to reduce administrative effort and strengthen scalable ways of working.
Key Responsibilities: Develop templates, checklists, trackers, and standard practice documents
Document recurring processes and identify automation opportunities
Prepare, format, proofread, and organize client materials
Coordinate consultant information, invoices, meetings,



and practice initiatives
Strengthen systems, processes, and infrastructure for practice growth
Requirements: Process-oriented approach with continuous-improvement mindset
Strong organization, judgement, prioritization, and follow-through
Confidence learning project management and technology systems
Qualified communication with senior leaders and internal colleagues
Collaborative, dependable approach in changing professional services priorities
