Key Responsibilities: Execute Floorsets across all store areas
Train and coach the Floorset team
Complete marketing and merchandising updates
Manage replenishment and sell through adjustments
Maintain AEO Brand Standards throughout the store
Requirements: Strong retail merchandising and visual skills
Previous retail work history
Attention to detail and robust organization
Priority setting and time management abilities
Flexible morning, evening, and weekend availability
