Accurate data entry drives this Data Clerk position at TJX Canada’s Delta Distribution Centre on Shift C, Monday through Thursday evenings. Support core systems, logs, and operational communication.
As a Data Clerk, you will support Data Centre, Receiving/Shipping, and DC Supplies functions. The work includes entering information into WMI systems, maintaining records, responding to inquiries, and coordinating workflow. Your administrative, communication, keyboarding, and MS Office skills will support multiple operational teams.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and verify workflow across Data Centre functions
Communicate with internal and external operational partners
Enter, manage, print, and distribute WMI information
Create system logs, reports, tickets, labels, and spreadsheets
Perform preventative maintenance on Data Centre equipment
Requirements: Minimum OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent
One or more years of data entry experience
Accurate keyboarding, including SCAN data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Flexibility to work a different shift
Bring accurate data entry, communication, and administrative skills to support TJX Canada’s Delta Distribution Centre operations.
