This temporary full-time LPN assignment serves a 30-bed unit within Medical Nursing and Emergency. You will work to your full scope while collaborating with Nurses, Physicians, Unit Clerks, and Health Care Aides. The work includes using nursing processes and maintaining secure, high-quality care aligned with applicable standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver care meeting patient and client needs
Use nursing processes throughout patient care
Evaluate care and support ongoing planning
Work collaboratively across the health care team
Provide patient and family-centred service
Requirements: Completion of accredited practical nurse education
Current or eligible CLHA registration and practice permit
Current BCLS-HCP certification
Demonstrated skills aligned with education and experience
Availability for days, nights, and weekends
Use nursing processes, full-scope practice, and collaborative care skills as an LPN supporting acute patients and families.
