LastPass is looking for an Associate Financial Analyst: In this role, you will support financial planning and finance systems implementation. This is an entry-level role where you will help teams plan with confidence and report accurately — helping LastPass deliver on its mission to give everyone seamless access to everything they need to work, move fast, and stay protected. The Finance team partners with business leaders across LastPass to turn plans into measurable results. The team is also modernizing its planning and reporting tools, giving you hands-on exposure to both everyday FP&A; work and a major systems implementation. You will work primarily with the Human Resources and Legal teams, supporting their planning and reporting needs alongside senior Finance partners. You will also collaborate with the wider Finance and Accounting teams, IT, and the implementation specialists rolling out new budgeting and forecasting software, learning from peers across each group. Support HR and Legal leaders with forecast updates, purchase and headcount approvals, and data reconciliations to keep operational plans on track Assist other departments with forecasting and reconciliation work to keep reporting consistent across LastPass Support implementation of new FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting software, working with Finance, Accounting, IT,
