Lead Toques & Tracks retail operations through confident cash handling, guest service, and detailed merchandise presentation. This role includes store leadership responsibilities.
The Toques and Tracks Lead Hand guides the sales team and assumes leadership during Supervisor absence. You will open and close the store, orchestrate staffing, monitor schedules, and support daily operations. Product knowledge, POS confidence, and communication are central to the position.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the Toques & Tracks sales team
Open and close the store
Direct operations during Supervisor absence
Assist guests with merchandise selection
Maintain inventory, standards, supplies, and cashier areas
Requirements: Previous retail experience
High School Diploma
Previous cash handling experience
Computer literacy and confident POS operation
Ability to lift boxes up to 50 pounds
Bring retail leadership, product knowledge, POS operation, and guest service skills to the Toques & Tracks sales team.
