You will manage Beauty department resources while developing staff performance and collaborative relationships. You will also support sales targets, productivity objectives, and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities: Mentor, coach, train, and motivate department staff

Ensure staff achieve productivity objectives
Promote products and encourage PC Optimum participation
Requirements: Previous experience leading a team
Cosmetic experience in a sales environment
Proven record of achieving sales goals
Customer service-oriented approach
Ability to act on management’s tasks and goals
Use team leadership, cosmetics knowledge, and sales experience to strengthen Beauty service at Shoppers Drug Mart.
