As an Inventory Coordinator, you will maintain accurate inventory processes across purchasing, production, and warehouse activities. The work includes root-cause investigations, end-of-week reconciliation, production-demand monitoring, and top-up requests. You will also support FIFO rotation and cycle-count practices while collaborating with purchasing and operational teams. Fresh Prep delivers sustainable meal kits and is a certified B Corporation. This position requires careful communication, adaptability, and a dependable approach to scheduled shifts.
Key Responsibilities: Investigate inventory discrepancies and identify root causes




Coordinate with purchasing to keep inventory current
Complete end-of-week inventory reconciliation
Monitor inventory against production demands
Validate inventory data within the WMS
Requirements: At least one year of similar experience
Knowledge of inventory processes and procedures
Advanced problem-solving and solid attention to detail
WMS, MRP, or ERP experience preferred
Warehouse operations experience preferred
Apply inventory process knowledge, reconciliation discipline, and WMS accuracy to support Fresh Prep’s meal kit operations.
