Valleyview Co-op seeks a full-time Sales Agronomist at its Virden Farm & Ranch Centre. This customer-focused position supports producers through agronomic problem-solving, sales planning, and product recommendations. Work across seed, fertilizer, crop protection, custom application, soil sampling, and crop supplies services.
Key Responsibilities: Develop long-term relationships as a trusted agronomic advisor
Manage customer contacts, follow-up, sales plans, and inventory strategies
Grow seed, fertilizer, and crop protection sales and margins




Deliver crop scouting and practical recommendations
Promote bundled solutions, events, demonstrations, and related services
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture
Three to six years of ag sales or agronomy experience
Solid relationship-building, sales, and problem-solving skills
Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Required certifications or willingness to obtain them
