As an Experience Steward, you help every encounter reflect the Juno Standard of Care. This customer-facing role welcomes members, coordinates clinic flow, supports medical records, and manages communications. You will also process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and membership technical support while contributing to a collaborative clinic setting.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome members and pets during every clinic visit
Manage opening, closing, scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
Coordinate records, consent forms, and pet parent reminders
Handle email and SMS clinic communications
Process payments, insurance, prescriptions, and membership support
Requirements: Two or more years of customer service experience
Veterinary clinic experience is considered an asset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organization, multitasking, and relationship-building abilities
Evening and weekend schedule flexibility
