The Technical Training Instructor develops and presents technical training for Cat machine products across customer sites, branches, and training facilities. Key Responsibilities: Present training courses and seminars for Cat machine products
Travel to customer sites or branches as required
Stay current through self-development and formal training




Develop and maintain comprehensive course schedules
Complete administrative tasks and provide leadership feedback
Requirements: At least five years repairing Caterpillar equipment
Diagnostic and troubleshooting experience with Caterpillar machinery
Lead hand or field service technician experience preferred
Heavy Equipment, Truck and Coach diploma or equivalent
Comprehensive computer skills, including Caterpillar Service Software
Bring field repair experience, technical instruction, and current Caterpillar product knowledge to Toromont Cat service training.
