BIS Safety Software seeks a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator for Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario payroll. You will manage full-cycle processing, benefits administration, commission calculations, compliance, and accounting posting. The work includes improving existing workflows as the company grows.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare, verify, and process full-cycle payroll
Maintain earnings, commissions, vacation, and advantages records
Handle federal, provincial, WCB, WSIB, and WorkSafeBC reporting
Complete year-end filings, reconciliations, and tax slips
Post payroll in Dynamics and prepare reports
Requirements: Three or more years of payroll experience
Full-cycle payroll experience including accounting posting
Experience with ADP Workforce Now
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of Canadian labour standards
