Lead multimodal AI quality operations with sampling, auditing, and calibration expertise for Careerflow Human Data Labs projects. Work five days weekly, including required weekends.
Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will manage day-to-day quality operations for annotation projects. Lead QA teams, monitor performance, resolve guideline questions, and ensure deliverables meet client standards within tight turnaround times. Experience with annotation, data labeling, or AI training data projects is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Senior QA Leads and QA Leads across shifts
Set review priorities, sampling plans, and quality coverage
Implement audits, scoring rubrics, and calibration processes
Track accuracy, agreement, errors, throughput, and turnaround time




Drive corrective actions and report performance to management
Requirements: Five to seven years of overall experience
Two to three years leading QA or quality operations teams
Knowledge of sampling, auditing, calibration, and root-cause analysis
Robust attention to detail and systemic issue identification
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Bring quality leadership, audit discipline, and AI annotation experience to Careerflow Human Data Labs’ multimodal projects.
