Key Responsibilities: Clean meats for processing or cutting
Cut carcasses, sides, quarters, poultry, and standard portions
Prepare customer-requested special cuts and sausages
Wrap, package, weigh, and price meat products
Sell meats and slice cooked products for customers
Requirements: Secondary school graduation certificate
