Support event planning behind Toronto’s major arena as a Scotiabank Arena intern with strong AutoCAD and technical documentation skills. Work with MLSE stakeholders.
This Event Operations internship helps define repeatable Event Ready standards for Toronto Maple Leafs and Toronto Raptors games. You will organize venue drawings, floor plans, event maps, and supporting documentation for operational planning and execution. Collaboration spans Venue Services, Fan Services, Security, Food & Beverage, and other teams.
Key Responsibilities: Build supporting spatial documentation for the Operations Handbook
Update floor plans for event-specific arena configurations
Map corridors, event levels, storage, and staging areas
Gather requirements from operational stakeholders and incorporate feedback




Organize documentation for onboarding, training, and event execution
Requirements: Post-secondary study in design, engineering, or facility-related fields
Strong Autodesk AutoCAD skills for detailed 2D plans
Experience interpreting architectural or facility drawings
Transparent communication and effective cross-functional collaboration
Microsoft Office proficiency; additional Autodesk experience is an asset
Develop arena mapping and operational documentation while supporting MLSE’s Event Ready framework at Scotiabank Arena.
