As Project Director, you will serve as the senior day-to-day lead for complex construction projects. You will guide project teams, validate preconstruction planning, oversee execution, and protect health and safety, quality, schedule, P&L;, and client satisfaction. Broccolini delivers construction, development, and real-estate services across Canada’s industrial, commercial, and residential markets.
Key Responsibilities: Set priorities, standards, expectations, and accountability for teams
Lead design reviews, constructability planning, logistics, and mobilization readiness
Develop risk plans and anticipate design, procurement, and coordination impacts
Oversee critical paths, recovery plans, trades,



and schedule constraints
Coach project managers and develop talent through feedback and assignments
Requirements: 15+ years leading progressive construction industry responsibilities
Large-scale project experience in relevant construction sectors
Proven budget, schedule, contractual, and financial performance management
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder relationships
Strategic business judgment with hands-on project execution understanding
Use construction planning, schedule leadership, risk judgment, and team development to deliver accountable results for Broccolini clients.
