This Grocery Team Leader supports one of Nature’s Fare Markets’ largest, most diverse departments. You will work with the Grocery Manager to lead by example, prioritize tasks, and provide customer service. The role focuses on local, organic, and sustainable food, natural supplements, product questions, training, and organized displays.
Key Responsibilities: Help lead the grocery team alongside the Grocery Manager
Prioritize daily tasks and direct team members
Answer product questions and offer customer suggestions
Support team member training and grocery expertise
Create attractive, organized product displays
Requirements: Minimum one year leading a team
Customer service experience
Passion for local, organic, sustainable food and supplements
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Availability for weekdays, weekends, AM and PM shifts
