Shape AIIM’s technology roadmap, resilience, and risk controls while guiding infrastructure decisions that support business growth. The position oversees critical systems and executive reporting.
As Vice President, IT Infrastructure & Compliance, you will connect infrastructure planning with continuity, vendor performance, acquisitions, and technology risk. Develop annual budgets, reduce technical debt and single points of failure, and advise AIIM’s CEO and leadership team. Coordinate ERP and production-system readiness, client planning, and integration into company standards.
Key Responsibilities: Develop infrastructure roadmaps addressing capacity, resilience, cost, and technical debt
Lead business continuity, backup coverage, recovery testing, and restoration
Assess vendor delivery, contracts, spending, and completed corrective work
Support new clients, acquisitions,



due diligence, and technology transitions
Provide concise reporting on risks, investments, and required decisions
Requirements: Significant IT infrastructure and operations leadership experience
Experience leading teams and managed service providers across departments
Knowledge of hosted, cloud, storage, connectivity, and lifecycle planning
Experience with complex enterprise system changes or production environments
Robust judgment and communication with business leaders
Guide AIIM’s infrastructure strategy, resilience, vendor accountability, and technology risk decisions through disciplined executive leadership.
