Key Responsibilities: Support daily operations and staff management
Act as Manager on Duty when needed
Train, coach, and develop employees
Resolve escalated customer service issues
Manage cash, opening, and closing duties
Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience
At least two years in supervision or management
Open availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts
Solid leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Bring retail leadership, staff development, and customer service skills to support daily store operations and sales goals.
