Facilitate play-based learning for children up to age six with the County of Dufferin, working remotely and across EarlyON sites.
As an EarlyON Program Facilitator, you will create inclusive learning environments and responsive programs for families. The permanent part-time position serves Orangeville, Grand Valley, and Shelburne, with remote work required as needed. You will provide referrals, collaborate with community agencies, and support workshops, outreach, and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities: Create play-based learning environments responding to children’s interests
Facilitate age-specific programs, workshops, and special events
Provide referrals, resources, and developmental information to families




Document children’s play and maintain attendance records
Collaborate with community partners to enhance family services
Requirements: Postsecondary degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education
Minimum one year in Early Years and Child Care
College of ECE membership in positive standing
Standard First Aid and Safe Food Handler certification
Valid driver’s license and independent transportation
Bring early childhood education, facilitation, and family support skills to inclusive EarlyON programming throughout Dufferin County.
