Lead operational due diligence at iCapital as Vice President, applying risk analysis and internal controls expertise. Work mainly in the office Monday through Thursday, remotely Friday.
The Research and Education team needs a Vice President to oversee prospective and current investment reviews. Assess private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets. Apply analytical judgment, operational risk knowledge, and industry best practices while communicating complex findings clearly. This role supports the Alternatives platform and coordinates with Investment, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive due diligence through site visits and interviews
Confirm service providers and analyze operational processes




Evaluate and mitigate risks across prospective and existing investments
Present reports with findings and recommendations
Monitor fund managers and identify material risks
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, accounting, or related field
Ten to fifteen years in operational due diligence or risk management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Project management and stakeholder relationship-building skills
Bring operational risk expertise, investment analysis, and transparent communication to iCapital's Vice President due diligence mandate.
