As Vice President, Managing Counsel, you will lead Canadian legal operations and advise ADP Canada on business and corporate matters. The role requires contract negotiation, compliance knowledge, risk analysis, and collaboration with global legal and compliance teams. You will support products, services, disputes, and regulatory interactions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead ADP Canada’s legal function and small Canadian legal team
Advise senior leaders on legal, risk, and compliance issues
Support contracts, disputes, litigation, investigations, and regulatory matters
Oversee corporate secretarial functions for Canadian affiliate entities




Present Canadian legal developments at leadership and client events
Requirements: Law degree and provincial bar membership in valuable standing
10+ years of relevant post-call in-house legal practice
Experience advising senior management in a regulated industry
Contract drafting, negotiation, privacy, and compliance experience
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and business judgment skills
