The Manager, Operational Excellence leads people and operating practices across Microsoft licensing transactions. You will establish priorities, clarify ownership, improve documentation, support automation, and maintain effective reporting. The position combines team development with continuous improvement, stakeholder partnership, governance, and execution for commercial, public sector, and education business.
Key Responsibilities: Lead practical improvements to workflows, controls, reporting, and tools
Partner with IT on requirements and system changes
Test, document, communicate, and support process adoption
Maintain scorecards, process documentation, decision records,



and audit evidence
Build stakeholder alignment across Microsoft and internal teams
Requirements: Progressive operational experience of at least three years
People leadership involving coaching and talent development
Experience managing complex, high-volume transaction operations
Knowledge of quoting, ordering, renewals, and contract processing
Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Use operational excellence, stakeholder management, Microsoft licensing knowledge, and process improvement skills to strengthen Softchoice’s business execution.
