Groupe Dynamite Inc. is seeking a Sales Assistant Manager for our GARAGE stores in Canada. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will lead a high-performing team, drive customer experience on the sales floor, and support sales results with effective floor management.
You will promote a positive shopping environment, collaborate with digital channels to increase traffic, and help develop partners across the store team while adapting to adaptable scheduling, including evenings and weekends.
