Build rich support experiences at Remitly with full stack software engineering, up-to-date AI tools, and Agentic AI applications.
This Senior Software Development Engineer will create capabilities for Remitly’s next-generation Customer Success platform. You will work across frontend interfaces, backend systems, and AI applications while improving inbound contact handling and back-office automation. Product managers, designers, and engineers provide close collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Implement solutions for complex, ambiguous engineering problems
Build intuitive experiences for customers and support agents
Architect workflows for the Customer Success platform
Launch capabilities supporting contact handling and automation
Debug applications and improve reliability and performance
Requirements: Six or more years of software engineering experience
Experience leading frontend and backend development
Experience collaborating with Product Management and partners
Hands-on experience with Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor
AI engineering exposure is preferred
