OpenLoop is hiring a Staff Technical Program Manager to help scale its Technical Program Management function. You will standardize Agile practices, define reporting cadences, and provide delivery insights for engineering and leadership. The role requires autonomous prioritization and solid communication.
Key Responsibilities: Standardize Agile practices and reporting cadences
Produce executive, engineering, and business updates
Structure backlogs, epics, milestones, and dashboards
Identify delivery risks and remove blockers
Coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams
Requirements: Six or more years in Technical Program Management
Knowledge of Agile software development frameworks
Ability to understand systems architecture and dependencies
Experience defining velocity and predictability metrics
Strong autonomous decision-making and stakeholder influence
Apply Agile delivery leadership, reporting expertise, and technical program management experience to OpenLoop’s expanding TPM function.
