Johnson Service Group is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a major capital project area. This position supports an ERP and EAM transformation through design, configuration, testing, implementation, and deployment. Candidates may work with HR, Finance, Supply Chain, and Asset or Work Management stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Organize discovery and design sessions with stakeholders
Document best practice system requirements
Define data requirements with business and IT
Confirm designs meet end user needs
Support quality assurance and user knowledge transfer
Requirements: Minimum three years of Oracle Fusion experience
Seven-plus years working as a Business Analyst
Extended transformation experience from design through implementation
Familiarity with data definitions and integration flows
Ability to manage working groups and program documentation
Bring Oracle Fusion, business analysis, and stakeholder facilitation experience to EPCOR’s enterprise transformation work.
