Key Responsibilities: Advise on class actions and complex litigation matters
Assess potential legal and regulatory issues
Develop solutions with cross-functional business stakeholders
Educate business partners on legal requirements
Improve working methods inside and outside Legal
Requirements: LLB or JD qualification
Seven to ten years of relevant litigation experience
In-house or leading law firm background
Solid business acumen and sound judgment
French language skills considered an asset
