Lead memory care operations at Sunrise at Lonsdale Square in North Vancouver, using dementia care expertise and strong team leadership. This full time position supports resident-centered living.
The Reminiscence Supervisor provides hands-on leadership within the memory care neighborhood. You will supervise daily care, support Life Skills programming, and promote dementia-specific best practices. The position also strengthens family engagement and the designated care manager model.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise and support the reminiscence team
Assist with staffing, scheduling, and timekeeping oversight
Provide direct resident care and Life Skills support
Monitor condition changes and escalate concerns appropriately
Support family meetings, education sessions, and support groups
Requirements: Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or dementia care
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Basic Microsoft Office and Sunrise systems proficiency
Evening and weekend flexibility as needed
