As Maintenance Manager, you will work with the Executive Director and residence leadership team to exceed resident expectations. Your responsibilities include maintaining physical conditions, supporting housekeeping and maintenance, and fostering sustainable practices. This five-month contract calls for a technically capable, hands-on leader.

Guide and energize environmental services employees
Support maximum resident satisfaction
Promote responsible, eco-conscious residence practices
Requirements: Minimum three years maintenance or environmental services experience
Experience leading teams considered an asset
Knowledge of PPE and IPAC protocols
Certified facility management program or trades license
Vulnerable Sector Check or willingness to obtain
Combine maintenance leadership, resident-focused service, and safety knowledge while supporting Cogir’s retirement residence community.
