The Workday Application Engineer partners with Product Managers, Architects, Engineers, and People & Culture stakeholders. You will assess dependencies, technical complexity, data flows, security, and reporting impacts. The role also supports complex troubleshooting and production issues across Workday.
Key Responsibilities: Support Workday integrations and downstream system dependencies
Assess impacts across systems, data, security, and reporting
Troubleshoot configuration, data, integration, and production issues

Maintain technical documentation for configurations and integrations
Requirements: Robust hands-on Workday HCM engineering experience
Workday Recruiting implementation or configuration experience
