The Operational Excellence Leader leads Canadian Service Tools and Operational Supplies programs. This role manages procurement, calibration, repair, suppliers, inventory, lifecycle requirements, and the $1.25M+ annual budget. It also drives DMS preparedness, ServiceMax readiness, CAPA activities, and sustainable operating mechanisms across Service.

Oversee suppliers, budgets, investments, and operational escalations




Align DMS dashboards and ServiceMax preparedness activities
Lead quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant qualified experience
Minimum 5+ years of operational or field experience
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
Experience with metrics, structured problem solving, and improvement
Ability to manage budgets, suppliers, priorities, and escalations
