As Senior Product Manager, you will apply firsthand legal experience to Clio’s foundational case management product. You will identify meaningful automation opportunities, improve onboarding, and support adoption through intuitive product experiences. The role is remote across the United States or Canada excluding Quebec.
Key Responsibilities: Envision AI-driven automation for legal work
Improve usability across attorney case management workflows
Drive intuitive onboarding and user adoption
Synthesize business requirements with customer research
Collaborate across Development, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Support
Requirements: Six or more years in SaaS or B2B product management
Legal technology or legal operations experience preferred
Knowledge of discovery processes and litigation workflows
Track record shipping high-impact products at scale
Familiarity with AI automation and machine learning concepts
Combine legal practice insight, AI innovation, and product management experience to advance Clio’s case management technology.
