As Technical Lead, Identity and Access Management, you will provide hands-on support for SailPoint IdentityIQ in an enterprise workplace. You will troubleshoot production issues, maintain configurations, and collaborate with application, engineering, infrastructure, and business teams. The work includes deployments, upgrades, application onboarding, and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Provide operational leadership for SailPoint IdentityIQ stability and reliability
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
Update Java, BeanShell, and XML configurations




Maintain GitHub-managed code and deployment practices
Support aggregation, provisioning, integration, and connectivity troubleshooting
Requirements: Hands-on enterprise SailPoint IdentityIQ administration experience
Production troubleshooting and sustainable solution implementation experience
Java, BeanShell, XML, and IdentityIQ configuration expertise
GitHub source control and code review experience
Knowledge of IAM security and governance principles
