Manulife is seeking a Director & Actuary in Toronto to join Corporate Development, guiding mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and strategic initiatives. The role blends actuarial and financial analysis with hands-on transaction execution and senior-level collaboration across functions.
The incumbent will evaluate opportunities, perform valuation work, coordinate due diligence, structure deals and support post-closing monitoring, while communicating insights to senior leadership.
