This permanent Digital Workplace and Technology Lead role supports Pineapple’s global business needs. You will manage contemporary business platforms, applications, and services while improving technology adoption. The role combines technical expertise with automation, AI-enabled technologies, security awareness, and commercial judgement.
Key Responsibilities: Govern technology investments and align solutions with business needs
Administer digital applications, AI-powered tools, and technology integrations
Manage provisioning, licensing, permissions, onboarding, and offboarding
Implement security controls and support regulatory compliance




Maintain technical documentation, policies, and operational playbooks
Requirements: Robust Microsoft 365 and cloud application knowledge
Experience managing configurations, licensing, and role-based permissions
Practical understanding of automation and AI-enabled technologies
Awareness of security, data protection, and regulatory requirements
Ability to work independently within a small IT team
