The work covers earthworks, underground utilities, industrial site development, and municipal infrastructure. You will prepare estimates, evaluate quotations, and collaborate with project managers and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs
Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Price labour, equipment, and materials accurately
Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations
Support successful bids with project teams
Requirements: Five or more years of civil estimating experience
Senior-level estimating experience preferred
Experience with underground utilities, earthworks, and land development
Understanding of civil construction methods and sequencing
Proficiency in estimating software and Excel
Use detailed estimating, construction knowledge, and bid collaboration skills to support Blackline Civil projects across Western Canada.
