You will guide a small, senior, distributed engineering team from promising ideas to customer-ready MVPs. The role combines product strategy, technical leadership, people management, and practical development. You will work with the Chief Product Officer and product teams to validate assumptions, measure outcomes, and make go/no-go decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Manage, evaluate, size, and prioritize the innovation pipeline
Guide funded concepts from discovery through working MVPs
Define success criteria and track usage, conversion, and payment
Review technical designs, code, prototypes,



and deployment readiness
Lead distributed engineers through hiring, coaching, and development
Requirements: At least five years of skilled software engineering experience
At least two years leading a small team
Delivered a product to first paying customers
Strong Linux and modern programming language proficiency
Experience with AI-assisted software development workflows
Shape validated products through discovery, engineering leadership, customer evidence, and AI-assisted experimentation as Product Owner.
