As an intermediate Product Management Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with regional and global product teams to represent local needs. Your work spans client communication, product delivery, issue resolution, and innovation roadmaps. Foundational Artificial Intelligence knowledge and concise communication support analysis across digital banking and treasury solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Represent Canadian market needs with regional and global teams
Manage client issues and support platform deployments
Help prioritize, negotiate, and remove product management obstacles




Provide informal guidance and on the job training
Assess risk and escalate control issues transparently
Requirements: Five to eight years of experience
Foundational knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts and technologies
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
Explicit and concise written and verbal communication
Ability to manage deadlines and unexpected changes
Apply product management, client communication, and analytical judgment while supporting Citi's digital banking platform development.
