As Manager, Global Benefits, you will align benefits with business objectives and Geotab’s Total Rewards philosophy. You will advise HR leadership, Finance, and senior stakeholders while leading benefits professionals. Your scope includes Canada, the United States, EMEA, Dubai, UAE, LATAM, and other locations.
Key Responsibilities: Design globally consistent, locally responsive benefits strategies
Lead planning, renewals, benchmarking, and cost modeling
Oversee international administration, compliance, and reporting
Guide benefits due diligence during mergers and acquisitions




Present KPI insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements: Eight to ten years of perks management experience
At least five years in a global capacity
Three to five years supervising benefits professionals
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent progressive experience
Knowledge of GDPR, PIPEDA, and international benefits regulations
Bring global benefits leadership, cost modeling, compliance expertise, and strategic communication to Geotab’s international workforce.
