This Senior Demand & Inventory Planner manages inventory health from forecast through purchasing recommendations. You will monitor weeks of cover, sell-through, in-stock rates, and productivity at style, colour, and size levels. You will also support allocation, replenishment, seasonal buys, and exit decisions.
Key Responsibilities: Turn forecasts into purchase order recommendations
Maintain lead times, reorder points, and safety stock
Monitor stockout and overstock risks across locations
Model promotional and launch impacts on inventory and cash
Provide insight for initial buys, replenishment, and exits
Requirements: Five years of demand, inventory, or supply chain planning
Advanced Excel for complex formulas, pivots, and data cleanup
Experience using ERP or inventory management systems
Ability to understand suppliers, MOQs, and lead times
Work from home capability with Pacific hours overlap
